Sobel Network Shipping Co., Inc., a customs broker and freight forwarder headquartered in New York with locations in Miami, Orlando, and Chicago have acquired Sunshine Services International., Inc. an airline GSA with an export-focused client base that will complement Sobel’s expanding and diverse business footprint.
Sobel has a long history and was founded in 1949. The company is quickly becoming one of the preeminent names for importers and exporters in industries such as apparel, chemicals, footwear, and the food industry. Sunshine’s husband and wife founders began the business in 1995 and focus on aircraft parts, hazardous materials, auto parts, and vitamins, areas that interface well with Sobel’s strong competency in the regulations governing entries for the Food & Drug Administration and other Participating Government Agencies.
Sale of a Computer Repair Business in Northern NJ
After 34 successful years, it was time for the owner of this computer repair business to retire. His business specialized in computer repair and installation, data recovery, security services, and contractual 24/7 support to the Northern NJ market.

The Recent Sale of a Tutoring Business
The seller successfully established two centers however, the back and forth between the locations began taking a toll. He and his wife desired to start a family and he felt it was time to focus on one center. He didn’t know anything about the process of selling a business and chose the team at NJ Broker Plus to find him a buyer.
