Mike started his business career with IBM after graduating from Princeton University with a BA in Business.
Since 1982, Mike has been a serial entrepreneur having started and managed 4 successful software companies in New Jersey.
In 1997 and 1999, Mike was a finalist for the New Jersey “Entrepreneur of the Year”
He has bought and sold a number of companies and founded NJ Broker Plus, LLC to assist New jersey business owners to sell their businesses and qualified buyers to purchase a profitable business.

Matt Lyna, Partner
Matt graduated summa cum laude from Rutgers Business School with a BS in Supply Chain Management. He began his career in IT operations, in which he has succeeded and specialized in project management, data analysis and cost optimization on a global enterprise scale. His accomplishments range from developing global technology pricing models, to the execution of operating model transformations, which directly realized multi-million dollar cost savings.
Matt’s strong interpersonal skills, business acumen and growth mindset are key traits that enable him to embody NJ Broker Plus’ values. Exceptional client service, attention to detail and a genuine passion for helping business owners achieve their goals are Matt’s guiding principles.

Ken sold his IT Firm in 2021 after successfully running it for 34 years. As a 1981 Rutgers University graduate he spent his entire career in the computer industry working with small to medium size businesses.
His motto in life has been that “Nothing is impossible, the impossible just takes a little longer”. After years of being told his business could not be sold he proved those naysayers wrong after meeting with Mike Janis.
Together they listed his company and it sold in less than 6 months. The secret to having a successful sale is to prepare all aspects of your company just like selling a house.

Ryan Fischer, Business Broker
Ryan brings 14 years of sales experience where he excelled in closing six and seven-figure deals with many large enterprises in the tech industry. Fostering strong client relationships, building trust, and establishing clear communication throughout the sales process is second nature to him. He is willing to go the extra mile to ensure his client’s expectations are not only met but exceeded.
This experience has taught him to always put his client’s needs first and really understand what is important to them. As a skilled communicator and relationship builder, Ryan excels at clearly explaining complex concepts and advocating for his clients throughout the entirety of the sales process. With a sharp strategic mind and in-depth knowledge of current market trends, he is able to maximize value for all of his deals. These skills have sharpened him into a true sales professional and make him a perfect fit for the business brokerage industry.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids. When he is not with his family you can find him on the golf course or supporting his lifelong teams, the Yankees, Jets, and Devils.
Jordan Roga, Business Broker
Jordan has worked in investment banking and venture capital after he founded a proptech company. Over the course of his career, he has gained invaluable experience advising early-stage companies on financial strategy and operations. Throughout his years of experience, Jordan has led investments in and managed the operations of dozens of ventures across various industries.
Now, as a business broker, Jordan brings a wealth of knowledge in evaluating, buying, and selling businesses. His deep expertise in venture capital and entrepreneurship allows him to help business owners maximize the value of their companies and guide them through successful transactions. Jordan’s hands-on approach, combined with a strong focus on client service and attention to detail, ensures that every business deal he facilitates is handled with professionalism and care.

Anthony Raibick, Business Broker
Anthony graduated from Bloomsburg University in 2016 with a BS in Marketing. He’s held sales positions in a variety of industries spanning from payroll and HR Benefits to facilitating transactions with the federal government on SAAS and Cybersecurity solutions. Anthony took his first step into entrepreneurship in 2018, when he started a local mosquito and tick control business which he still owns to this day. He also owns an outdoor lighting company that he started with his business partner in 2023, so he understands the full scope of the responsibilities and dedication that comes with being a business owner.
His experience in entrepreneurship allows him to resonate with other business owners and connect with them on a more personal level due to his own ventures.
His passion for business and his determination to get the job done right for his clients, fuels him to put his best foot forward everyday.
John Ratkoski, Business Broker
After graduating Villanova University with a Mechanical Engineering Degree, John worked as an Aeronautical Engineer for a manufacturing concern in NY.
He always had his eye on his ultimate goal, a Wall Street career. John was fortunate that his dream came true and he worked for various Wall Street firms for about 30 years.
He left Wall Street and worked as a financial adviser in the insurance and automotive industries.
John was recruited by NJ Broker Plus to facilitate the buying and selling of turnkey establishments.
Saki Rahim, Business Broker
With over 15 years of combined experience in banking and real estate sales, Saki brings a unique blend of expertise and insight to the business brokerage industry. Saki’s career began in Banking where he spent 7 years in mortgage banking, financial planning & analysis and asset management.
This experience has equipped Saki with a deep understanding of financial statements, valuation methods, and forecasting. Saki’s proficiency in financial modeling and investment analysis, allows him to provide clients with comprehensive and accurate business valuations.
For the past 8 years, Saki has worked as a real estate broker, where he is successfully helping clients buy and sell properties. This role honed his negotiation skills, marketing, and client relationship management, providing a solid foundation for his transition into business brokerage.
